NOT FOR ATV OR WHEELED USE The Snow Valley Riders, Inc., snowmobile club, in conjunction with and funded by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, maintain over 100 miles of local trails for use by snowmobilers and other winter enthusiasts. These trails are officially closed from April 1st to end of hunting season in December. Even when the trails are open they are “NOT FOR ATV OR WHEELED USE”. The Snow Valley Riders have worked long and hard to develop a positive relationship with our neighbors and friends who allow snowmobilers access to their property. Therefore we ask that ATV or dirt bike owners/operators refrain from using the snowmobile trails unless they have express permission from the landowner. In appreciation of the landowners The Snow Valley Riders club is offering, free to all landowners “No Wheeled Vehicles” signs. If requested we will also provide assistance in putting up the signs. If you are a land owner and would like free “No Wheeled Vehicles” signs please contact us via our website at www.snowvalleyriders.com or contact club President Elwin Goff at 655-3267.
